Not really. I am very satisfied with the care and attention that I receive from Dr. Cao and her team. I am comfortable talking to her about my health problems, achievements and goals.

The quality of medical care provided by Dr. Cao was Excellent, as always. I see no areas I could suggest for improvement, as I rate her A++++ as my Primary Care Physician!

I preferred to communicate with my health care providers via ECARE messages. This form of communication allow me to carefully and clearly detail any health concerns that I may have. All the UW care providers, including Dr. Cao, have always respond almost immediately (within 1 business day) and provided the information I seek or what action I should take.
