Yolian Calvo-Diaz, MS, RD, CD, is a registered dietitian who sees pediatric and adult patients at multiple UW Medicine Primary Care clinics.
Yolian loves sharing her nutrition knowledge and empowering patients to achieve their long-term health goals. She believes in a patient-centered approach that considers patients’ food preferences, cultural backgrounds, and lifestyle. She enjoys helping patients learn how to incorporate and enjoy the foods they love while achieving their goals.
Yolian’s clinical interests include motivational interviewing, disease prevention, diabetes management, cardiovascular health, chronic kidney disease, and weight management.
Personal Interests
Yolian is originally from Puerto Rico. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, dancing, hiking and spending time with her husband and dog.
