About Rachel Ann Smith
Rachel A. Smith, MD, PhD, is a board certified family medicine doctor who enjoys providing care for the whole family. Dr. Smith is grateful to have the opportunity to work with patients to help them lead healthy lives and address health challenges. She believes that providing good care requires a holistic perspective that incorporates the goals, values and experiences of patients themselves. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, women's health and contraception, prenatal treatment and LGBTQ care.

In her free time, Dr. Smith enjoys hiking, cycling, dog walks and anything that else gets her into the outdoors.
