We demonstrate our commitment by washing our hands before examinations, asking you to confirm your identity by verifying your name and date of birth at key times and asking you to confirm the medications and allergies listed in your medical record to avoid errors, allergic reactions and drug interactions.

Our clinics do not provide supervision for children, but we are concerned for their safety during your visit. You or a responsible person must directly supervise children at all times while in the building. Please do not allow children to play near equipment, as they could injure themselves or damage the equipment.

From Interstate 405:

  • Merge onto State Route 522 E.
  • Stay in the right lane and take the first exit to Woodinville / Redmond.
  • At the end of the off-ramp, bear right onto 132nd Ave. NE.
  • Follow the road to the second stoplight, at NE 175th St., and turn left.
  • Travel past the Molbak's Garden & Home.
  • At the second stoplight, turn left, onto 140th Ave. NE.
  • Take the first driveway on your right, then an immediate left.
  • The clinic is straight ahead.
