Located on Highway 99, in Aurora Village Mall, UW Medicine Primary Care at Shoreline offers primary care appointments six days a week, including evenings and same-day appointments.

The clinic’s board-certified doctors are dedicated to providing personalized care throughout all stages of life and offer a complete spectrum of primary care services. These include family medicine with obstetrics, internal medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, obstetrics, gynecology, travel medicine, nutrition services, optometry, aesthetic medicine and sleep medicine.

For your convenience, an on-site lab and digital X-ray facilities are at your service. Additionally, medical advice is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use MyChart to message your care team any time, or call your clinic during business hours and you'll receive a call back within a day. When the clinic is closed, you'll reach an after-hours consulting nurse service.

Clinic providers speak the additional languages of Hindi and Gujarati.​

A note about patient safety:

UW Medicine Primary Care are committed to providing care in the safest environment possible. We demonstrate our commitment by washing our hands before examinations, asking you to confirm your identity by verifying your name and date of birth at key times and asking you to confirm the medications and allergies listed in your medical record to avoid errors, allergic reactions and drug interactions.

Our clinics do not provide supervision for children, but we are concerned for their safety during your visit. You or a responsible person must directly supervise children at all times while in the building. Please do not allow children to play near equipment, as they could injure themselves or damage the equipment.

UW Medicine Primary Care at Shoreline is at 1355 N. 205th St.

From Interstate 5:

  • Exit at State Route 104 (Northeast 205th St-Lake Ballinger Way), heading west.
  • The road divides; stay left on 205th St.
  • Turn left into Aurora Village at the stoplight by Petco.
  • The Shoreline clinic is between Petco and Office Max at the northeast corner of the mall.

From State Route 99 (Aurora Ave.):

  • Exit at Lake Ballinger Way, heading east.
  • Turn right into the Aurora Village Mall at the stoplight by Petco.
  • The Shoreline clinic is between Petco and Office Max at the northeast corner of the mall.
