UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Ravenna, located near the University Village shopping center, provides a wide array of primary care services for the entire family, six days a week. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week.

Dedicated to personalized treatment throughout all stages of life, our care team offers primary care appointments, including evenings and same-day appointments. For your added convenience, medical advice is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use MyChart to message your care team any time, or call your clinic during business hours and you'll receive a call back within a day. When the clinic is closed, you'll reach an after-hours consulting nurse service.

Board-certified providers offer a complete spectrum of primary care services including family medicine with obstetrics, internal medicine, behavioral health, obstetrics, gynecology, travel medicine, nutrition services and optometry care. For your convenience, a lab and digital X-ray facilities are available on site.

UW Medicine Primary Care is committed to providing care in the safest environment possible. We demonstrate our commitment by washing our hands before examinations, asking you to confirm your identity by verifying your name and date of birth at key times and asking you to confirm the medications and allergies listed in your medical record to avoid errors, allergic reactions and drug interactions.

Our clinics do not provide supervision for children, but we are concerned for their safety during your visit. You or a responsible person must directly supervise children at all times while in the building. Please do not allow children to play near equipment, as they could injure themselves or damage the equipment.

UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Ravenna is located at 4915 25th Ave. NE, Ste. 300-W, in Seattle.

From Interstate 5:

  • Leave the freeway at exit 169, NE 45th St. If northbound on I-5, turn right onto NE 45th St. If southbound on I-5, turn left onto NE 45th St.
  • Once you reach the bottom of the NE 45th St. Viaduct, take a slight right onto Montlake Boulevard NE.
  • Take a slight right onto NE 44th St.
  • Turn right onto 25th Ave. NE.
  • The Ravenna Clinic will be on your left, just north of the University Village Shopping Center.

From the State Route 520 Westbound:

  • Take the exit toward Lake Washington Blvd.
  • Keep right to continue toward Montlake Blvd. E.
  • Use any lane to turn right onto Montlake Blvd. E and drive across the Montlake Bridge.
  • Take a slight left onto 25th Ave. NE.
  • The Ravenna Clinic will be on your right, just north of the University Village Shopping Center.

Several bus routes of King County Metro Transit serve the area around the Ravenna Clinic. Use Metro's Trip Planner to learn which buses will get you there.

The first 60 minutes of parking are free. Please note that there is a 30 minute grace period, so essentially the first 90 minutes are free. After 90 minutes, the rate is $4 an hour.

When you’re ready to go, insert your ticket and pay any additional fees using the machine located at the garage exit.
