Dr Hsu is the best! [...]

I was much encouraged by my visit with Dr. Hsu. She is kind and caring as well as very competent in her prognoses. My husband,, also her patient,, died 3 months ago and she was compassionate, caring, and affirming during our Telemed vist. I was encouraged! She also responds quickly to my My Chart questions.

I appreciate short wait times, do not like waiting In a waiting room with sick people and feel the room assignment & being taken directly to the room is a vast improvement. Dr. Hsu always makes my experience better. Dr. Hsu's recommendations for other specialists has been excellent and appreciated. Dr. Hsu cares about me and respects me as a person. Appreciate the Phlebotomists at the clinics. excellent.

Dr. Hsu and the PA (whose name I failed to get) in training were very thorough in discussing my very extensive medical history and gave me confidence in their recommendations for today.

Nan-Shing Hsu, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician who sees patients at the UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Federal Way.

Dr. Hsu's clinical interests include all aspects of ambulatory primary care with a special focus on the care of the elderly and women.

Dr. Hsu considers herself a partner to patients. She listens, probes, and tries to understand their concerns first. Then recommends diagnostic approaches and present possible solutions to the patient.
