Book COVID-19 vaccine
Vaccination appointments available for age 6 months and older. Children under 5 should be scheduled for a vaccination with their UW Medicine primary care provider when possible.

Book COVID-19 test
- Drive-through and walk-up
- Test type: Nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) or polymerase chain reaction (PCR)
- Available to those with or without symptoms
Book COVID-19 therapy
Therapy is available for COVID-19 treatment and prevention for patients at higher risk of severe illness according to the CDC.
An appointment or prescription from a provider is required.
