Jagoda Pasic, M.D., is a board-certified, licensed psychiatrist and an expert in emergency psychiatry. Dr. Pasic is an attending psychiatrist at the Outpatient Psychiatry Consultation Service at Harborview Medical Center, Seattle. Before her current role, she served many years as the medical director of Psychiatric Emergency Services at Harborview.
Dr. Pasic completed her medical education and postgraduate training at the University of Sarajevo Medical School, Bosnia-Herzegovina, earned her Ph.D. from the University of London, United Kingdom, and graduated from the Psychiatry Residency Program at the University of Washington, Seattle. Her clinical interests include emergency psychiatry, substance use disorders, crisis intervention and integrated care. Her research interests focus on health service and QI.
Dr. Pasic is a professor in the UW Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. She also publishes and lectures on a variety of topics in emergency psychiatry.
