Our hospitals and emergency rooms are always open.

Primary and Urgent Care Clinics

During winter weather, our primary and urgent care clinics make every attempt to continue to provide care to our patients. In some cases, this may mean shifting appointments to telehealth or rescheduling to a different day or alternate clinic site.

Specialty Clinics

Outpatient clinics make every attempt to continue to provide care to our patients. In some cases, this may mean shifting appointments to telehealth. COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

Our COVID-19 vaccination clinics make every attempt to remain open. If you need to cancel or reschedule your vaccine appointment due to weather conditions, please call 844.520.8700. If your appointment will change, the clinic will contact you.

Harborview and UW Medical Center – Northwest testing locations

If the Harborview or UW Medical Center – Northwest testing site needs to cancel your appointment, they will contact you. If you need to cancel your COVID-19 testing appointment at either of these locations, please call 206.520.8700 or visit your MyChart account.

These sites are not rescheduling appointments that are canceled or taking new appointments (except for pre-surgery patients). 

Please note that if you are a pre-surgery patient who needs to reschedule, your testing appointment needs to be between 24-72 hours prior to your procedure.

All other testing locations

If the testing site needs to cancel your appointment, they will notify you by text and cancel your appointment for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, click on the link provided to you in your confirmation email or in the Solv app.
