Please note that the School of Medicine is not currently open to drop-in visitors. Interviewing and/or accepted students may be invited to campus as appropriate.

If you choose to drive and park, we recommend stopping at a gatehouse to be directed to an appropriate parking lot. The Office of Admissions cannot validate parking.

Walking from parking lot E-19

Cross Montlake Blvd and NE Pacific Street, walk along the front of Medical Center and enter through main entrance on 3rd floor.

Walking from parking lot S-1

Enter the Health Sciences Building from the 2nd floor of the S-1 garage, then take the elevator from -1 to 3rd floor. Turn left out of the elevator, walk down the long hallway, then turn right and follow signs from "A-wing"

Finding A-300

Turn right at the information desk on 3rd floor of Medical Center, walk down the long hallway, that leads you into the Health Science Building. Continue down this hallway and A-300 is located off the main lobby in the Health Sciences Building.

Link light rail

Sound Transit has just opened the Link Light Rail route from Sea-Tac Airport to the University of Washington. Depending on the time of day, the trains leave every 6-10 minutes.

Shuttle Express

A shared shuttle bus offering door-to-door service. The approximate cost is $26.00 per passenger, and can be accessed outside of doors #6 and #26 on Sea-Tac's lower level.

Taxi cabs

All Seattle taxi cabs operate at the same rate set by King County. $2.60 meter drop, $2.70 per mile. Extra person charges may apply. Taxi service, one way, from Sea-Tac Airport - estimated cost $55.00 - $65.00.
