Denise Chang, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist at UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Ravenna and a UW associate professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

Dr. Chang works closely with primary care providers and social workers to provide mental health care to primary care patients by using the Collaborative Care model.

Dr. Chang earned her M.D. at the University of Iowa. She is board certified in both Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychiatry.
