Good care

Dr. Chopra was rushed on this visit. She was running late and so didn't spend time for my questions.

Anita Chopra has at two different appointments failed to acknowledge or put together my [...] history and past. She has twice "not known" my family history and provided ways of prevention, awareness or least of empathy. It felt she tried to get out of the appointment as fast as she could. Asked no probing questions at all. I am very disappointed and will look to move to a different health care system. I have never felt like such a "number" as I did in this office both visits.

Dr. Chopra is an outstanding doctor. She listens and gives me very clear answers to my questions. She does not rush, is very kind and I feel like she sincerely cares about my well-being. I met her nurse assistant Catherine yesterday for the first time. She was wonderful also. Listened to my concerns and put me at ease.

Dr. Chopra is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and interested in my overall health doctor I have ever had! She is exceptional and the Nurses at UW Shoreline are the best too!! I have visited the clinic several times and I can confirm that the patient is the center of what they do!!

I realize it was a very busy day. But maybe just confirm that I am able to follow her recommendations and if not, have some sort of reassurance. She was adamant that getting tested was the most important thing to do. So I stressed for a bit trying to find a place that I could get in on NEwYearsEve with no vehicle and not supposed to take public transit. I cant even get my prescription delivered until three days later. She did say the best thing would be homeopathic to get thru it, but I didn't know what. All the home tests were sold out. So I thought getting tested isn't going to make me well or feel better so oh well it's not happening for a few days. I had some Tylenol and ZQuil and slept for like 10hrs and feel a lot better. She just didn't seem very aware of the current time/date problem with her advise.
